Banking - Programme Officer
    • Economist or Engineer with a strong economic background.
    • 3-4 years working experience in the area of energy (RE/EE).

QA / QC / Six Sigma - Quality Manager and EHS Coordinator
    REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • B.S. in regulatory, or chemistry. (not essential for QM, experience is highly appreciated)
    • 3 + years experience quality fields, experience in HSE would be beneficial.
    • Excellent organization
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).

    • Quality Audits training / experience
    • Manage and organize product certification to gain and maintain marketing edge;
    • Actively participate / lead specific customer requirement’s site qualification audits;
    • Key contributor to implement and maintain a formal division-wide quality program.
    • Provide continuous quality improvement through out the organization with the objective of meeting or exceeding customer needs.
    • Promote and support the over-all improvement of all processes and departments through quality system audits.
    • Administer all safety programs to ensure that HB Fuller provides a safe work environment for all employees.
    • Ensure compliance with appropriate laws, and address customer concerns about safety and regulatory issues.

    PRINCIPLE FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
    QUALITY
    • Administration of Quality Document Control. This task includes document creation, filing (electronic), maintaining current standards, form control, and other related tasks that encompass all documentation related to the ISO9001 quality system (i.e. sharing best practices, etc…).
    • Quality system investigation and Quality Issue (internal and external) coordination. This position is the focal point for all product related Quality Issues in the facility
    • Conduct internal and external quality audits. If necessary, function as lead auditor when groups of auditors are involved.
    • Provide training for the division in quality and regulatory areas such as OSHA manufacturing and lab standards,
    • Update and maintain QC and QFR Databases quality system for division.
    • Manage and organize product certification to gain and maintain marketing edge;
    • Key contributor to implement and maintain a formal division-wide quality program.
    • Provide continuous quality improvement through out the organization with the objective of meeting or exceeding customer needs.
    • Promote and support the over-all improvement of all processes and departments through quality system audits.
    • Key to implement and maintain ISO-9001 certification
    • Maintain and update division quality software
    • Deal with customer complaints. Define and coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive measures;

    EHS

    • Serve as communication link between facility and area EHS organization and corporate EHS staff.
    • Promote internal and external EHS requirements, programs and standards
    • Advise facility management in EHS matters
    • Coordinate and or conduct required EHS training as delegated by facility management
    • Review and or conduct incident investigations and propose corrective and preventive measures
    • Participate in continuing education and training to develop expertise required to perform EHS coordinator function
    • Set an example to others by observing all safety rules and supporting EHS programs
