- Graduated from an engineering or science degree.
- Business level English.
- Fluent in Arabic.
- Experience with Health, Safety & Environment programs in the oil & gas or chemical industry is preferred.
- Interact at senior levels within customers and potential government agencies.
- He/She will actively promote DSR offerings in Egypt by generating sales by phone or direct contact to prospective and existing clients. While maintaining client relationships to secure future product offerings, he/she will establish report and recognize other clients’ needs and make recommendations for other DSR offerings.
- He/she should also be capable of conducting some of the deliveries.
- Sales and marketing experience.
- High level of understanding key elements of the business, industry trends and positioning.
- Excellent use of MS Office applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Civil Engineering Degree with an understanding of Road Design disciplines.
- Business level English.
- 8-10 years experience in related assignments on road construction
- Responsible for sales and marketing management of Bitumen Modification market and drive account execution related to top line results in TMENA for the target countries and customers, as agreed upon with Regional Paving Manager.
- Management and development of customer base with responsibility for revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Develop relations with key decision makers within current customer base and prospects related to the Bitumen Modification industries especially Refineries, Building contractors, Road specifiers, Road designers and investors.
- Build and maintain a network with influencers to assure sustainable growth in the territory.
- Negotiate total product and service offering with customer: product specifications, price, volume, payment terms, rebate schemes, delivery time, and promotional support.
- Provide customers with the adequate technical information and assistance and keeping sound technical communication with DuPont technological community, especially with Road Design Center.
- Provide input required for planning and forecasting.
- Handle complaints and claims in collaboration with Technology.
- Very good command of English.
- Excellent user of MS Office applications.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate relevant information towards all levels in the customer organization and DuPont organization.
- Team worker with good interpersonal sensitivity.
- Respectable personality with good selling skills.
- May travel in the region.

- Graduated from related faculties of University.
- Business level English.
- Has experience in facilities management and team leadership.
- Has knowledge of Commercial Real Estate markets and Tenant/Landlord relationships.

- Lead projects concerning the opening, closure or optimisation of office and technical facilities in the region.
- Liaise with Landlord on issues relating to DuPont occupancy of existing premises.
- Act as liaison between the sites and DuPont Real Estate expertise on matters such as site selection, negotiation, layout, furniture and fittings to ensure corporate and business requirements are met.
- Prepare and control the FS operational and CapEx budget. Analyse and explain any deviations.
- Conduct regular surveys of customer satisfaction to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Implement policies, procedures, tools and techniques necessary to ensure that employees and contractors perform to the required level of safety, quality and timeliness.
- Select contractors and manage those contracts relating to service provision for required workplace and Security services.
- Communicate and ensure compliance with policies and procedures relating to Security, Asset Management, or other relevant corporate policies.

- Participate in the EMEA team for the sharing, development and implementation of best practices.
- Experience of dealing with Local Authorities.

- Track record in delivering office refurbishment/relocation projects or similar.
- Knowledge of Government standards of drawing up administrative documents.
- Experience of working in a multi-national organisation.
- Experience of budget preparation and management.
